Learn a new short dance move every morning, practise it through the day so that you can dance the weeks choreography with other MoodMovers (recruit your friends/colleagues/family), linking up via the "Find Movers" feature. Video links from around the world also provide opportunities to dance along with other groups.
Each week a new dance style is proposed: disco, bollywood, salsa, african, jive, charleston, paso, tango, chachacha and others will all feature over the weeks.
The moves are chosen to improve mood and well-being as well as group cohesion.
A daily reminder about the benefits of dancing is provided as a short scientific blogpost teaching you about brain and body functions.
The nominal once-off fee should allow the production of new videos and blogposts to keep the moves challenging and therefore MORE FUN!
